I'm gonna search the list for old threads i'd stay away from some of those old threads. there is a lot of talk about desnorkeling (bad idea) and aftermarket filters. if you have a stock pipe, stick with the stock air cleaner, stock main jet size (Mikuni round 137.5, iirc), stock pilot jet size (Mikuni 15), fuel screws out 2.5 turns (unless you're living in a high altitude area) and stock needles. if you experience midrange surging, then put a .5mm shim under each needle. -Beth -- "Newer computers aren't getting any smarter, they are just able to do stupid things at greater speeds." -Technomancy www.hacktastic.org - How 1997!
