I was going to suggest the diet thing too but you're pretty lean already.

When I consider my naked 2000 SV650 for speed at a race track or somewhere=
 like Deals Gap the first thing I worry about is suspension.  What=
 suspension changes can you make to stick better and get through the turns=
 faster?  After you're pushing your SV through the turns as fast as possible=
 then you should focus on horsepower.  Just remember that no matter what you=
 do those inline-4 600's and 1000's are always going to fly by you in a=
 strait line.  If that's what you want to fix you have the wrong bike.
