Hey James, The first thing you want to do before running the ARC250 software is press the MENU/BACK button on the 250, then choose number 3 which is System Option. Press the E for enter. Then choose number 5 which is PC control. Press E for enter. Then choose the baud rate and you should be good to go. After choosing your settings then just keep punching the MENU/BACK button until you get back to a normal screen. You should then be able to use the ARC250 software without any problems.
