Does this mean I am out of luck monitoring it with my BC250? Sure sounds gloomy for my chances. Does anyone know of anyone else with success monitoring the RISCON system in Rhode Island? I have a friend that lives in one of the towns on the RISCON system and he is considering purchase of the BC996 and I want to hold him off if it will do him no good.
