I had the 250 with the digital card which totaled out at $500. The 250 could not be upgraded to support rebanding, which is why I went to the BCD396T. When my local agency went to rebanding, my BCD396T, even with firmware upgrading, became useless for my purposes. Unless I want to spring for another $150 to a programmer to have it programmed to work with rebanding.
I got onto the 250 list by virture of having owned the 250 at one time.

Ken

The 250 doesn't support rebanding and was $500
with the digital card. I have one and still use
it. Do you know of an upgrade for the 250? This is the 250 list...

No way a 250 costs $150 to program!
