Re: Looking for squelch operated backlight mod

I'm sorry, but I can't post a file or a photo to this group.
Difficult to describe the mod in words, but you connect the SQ
signal, that goes to the CPU, to the steering pin of the transistor
that turns on the backlight.

You can probably figure it out by yourself if you download the
schematic from the files section.
