Re: How can I manually program IDs into a Scan List without signal?

I had to temporarly substitute the whole bank of the real control channel with the bank of a closer one and it worked fine. For some reason the lockout did not work.
I wonder why the BC245 never allowed the entry of IDs on a weak or none existing control channel?
