Entering of a trunking system into PROSCAN then scanner

I have had scanners for a long time.  Think crystals.  This is my first trunking scanner and I am massively confused.  I recently moved to Fayette county PA and want to enter their trunking system.  

This is what I believe to be true about the system, from RadioReference.Com:

Motorola type 2 SmartNet
800 Mhz

The talk groups are entered into the Trunk List tab.  
1-1 = dec 496 MA14 Mutual Aid
1-2 = dec 528 MA15 Mutual Aid
   and so on down to 
10-6 = dec 3184 BORO SW PW Municipal Public Works - SW Boroughs

OK, if that part is good, now on the Trunk Bank Setting tab on ProScan, what do I put in the Control Channel drop-down selection? Off, Plan 1,2,3 or 4, or nothing?

And do I enter the frequencies in the Frequencies tab in ProScan?  Where do the control freqs. get entered?
