Hi,

Plenty of previous posts on this issue. I drilled the top and bottom case halves to reduce the temperature which it has done, but no change in the missing lines, both vertical and horizontal. I began to suspect the 100uF capacitor on the back of the display board (which in my receiver is parallelled by a 22000uF) and removed both of them and temporarily fitted a new 22000uF but that made no difference.

It seems strange that if the powere is removed for a few days, the number of bad lines is increased but slowly reverts back to a stubborn few - today I have only two verticals missing which go through the 'tens' of the channel number. I guess I'll just live with it, or try the new software.
