Try searching on Google for the term "rotary evaporator", complete with double quotation marks. You could also add the further search term PDF, or filetype:PDF, to find any downloadable articles or books on the subject.

      Hi

I am new here and new to the forum.

I am just starting on a food science adventure.

and it involves a rotary evaporator!

I am looking for any tips people might have about the usage of them.

IE: I am trying to extract flavors (profile) of anything I dare try that is food related.

I was wondering the basics, like what is the biling point you have tried for various items and what you might have tried.

I am open for your thoughts on this adventure

Chef Tom
