IIUC, you use {le} for Kinds that cannot be anything but Kinds, because 
it's shorter without being pragmatically misleading. I am still hoping 
for a miracle with Kind being assigned a short monosyllabic form. But
you seem happier than me to embrace creatively the tension between how
the language should work and how it does work.
