The bot has indeed very little problem finding them, the WikiMedia software
itself does even better (the bot will not realize that interwiki links
between <!-- -->'s or between <nowiki> </nowiki>'s are not interwiki links).
However, to put them in a separate box, one would have to change the
Wikipedia software itself. I'm not saying that we should not (it does sound
like a good idea), but in this thread I would like to discuss what we are
going to do until then, or if this is not implemented.
