Lojban Wikipedia

I'd like to translate the interface file into Lojban. When it's done, whom do 
I submit it to to put into CVS?

When you turn on jbo.wikipedia.org, please make the following changes (if 
they are coded in LanguageJbo.php, let me know):
The URL for a hyperlink should not have the first letter capitalized, unless 
it's capitalized in the wikicode. Lojban words are not written with one 
letter capitalized except to indicate the stressed syllable.
When a comma or apostrophe appears in a word, it is part of the word. So if a 
link looks like "[[jipyda'i]]ga'a" or "[[spatr]]xapi,o", the whole word 
should be the link. A period can be apparently embedded in a word, such as 
"lai nan.alp" (noi nuzlo ma'agri) or "la batoir.Erjebet" (noi magjaro ke 
porsi catra), but that's actually two words (though one name) and should not 
be treated as such.
