fo:page-number-citation

	I have developped the <fo:page-number-citation> element. I'm using it in
footers to display the total number of pages or in content table to display
the page number of a section and it seems to work fine but I still have a
problem : we are forced to update the fields by right click on EACH page
reference of the document.
For example, if my document has 10 pages, my footer indicates - Page 1/1 -
when I am opening my document and the table of contents contains something
like :
   Title of page 1               1
   Title of page 2               1
   Title og page 3               1

instead of

   Title of page 1               1
   Title of page 2               2
   Title of page 3               3

Does somebody have an idea to force the RTF reader to automatically update
the page number references when we open the document ? I don't.
If someone would also know how to create a real table of contents (as the
ones we can create in MS Word) instead of a poor table builded manually by
my XSL-FO stylesheet, it would be great !!! :o)

= nested tables =

  I am also working on nested tables in order to have nice result. I was
working on merging vertically cells placed before and after a cell containg
a nested table but this week-end I discovered that MS Word 2000 was able to
manipulate nested tables as in HTML (the nested table is not placed in an
additionnal row as we do in Jfor, so the result is nicer).
If someone is working on it, I'd like to collaborate with him in order to
get a nice result more faster.
