Hi,

One way to see it is that the tmcl:description  is really about
providing information about the logical model and its constraints.
Where as you seem to be talking about the interaction with a given
construct in a specific application and environment. While I don't
doubt that this a class of usage I don't think its in the same class
as abstract schema annotations.

I would go for C and publish the SI for the property type. A model for
'The annotations for guiding and helping human usage of TMCL
components' would be neat. :)
