I tend to disagree. Ontopia gained some attention one year ago and the
downloads one year ago and the mentioned contributors may give that
impression but making Ontopia's sources available provided almost
nothing for the TM community; the event gained temporarily attention
because Ontopia was (and maybe still is) a player, but Ontopia is
still driven by the same people. Ontopia has more contributors
(theoretically) but Ontopia is still maintained by LMG and Grove. Some
developers may have contributed something useful, but you may have a
look at the recent development to get a picture of the usefulness of
the new contributors.

I don't deny that making Ontopia's sources available under the Apache
License is a Good Thing but I tend to disagree with the interpretation
of any significance.
