status of topicmap

hi,

dunno if you still remember me, but i did some work on topicmaps
almost a decade ago ;) (tmapi,tinytim,xtm4xmldb,xtmcms....)
Now i'm coming back to this technology to build the semantic killer
app we all waited for ;)

just kidding,

what is the actual status of topic map world. I just read from patrick
that tmql will be deleted on nexgt wg3 meeting, then i took a look if
the tmdm has new version and i was shocked that the latest version
from 2008 is still in review ???
the latest version of tmrm is from 2007 the only thing that i found
was final was CXTM

is there still work done? and where is the hotspot right now?
