Thanks for the replies.

One more question.
As pointed by Amit Gud, we can spoof MAC addresses.
So in that case can we have a single NIC with 2
addresses (one original and other spoofed).
If so, will the mac respond to queries for both
addresses?
If yes, then we can as well have a subnet of MAC
addresses similar to IP subnets assuming we assign
spoofed address in a specific logical sequence?

Am i right?
