Re: Cybersurf/igs/3web woes

I switched to teksavvy and now wish I had much sooner. I think their 
rates are comparable, at least worth the extra because of the 
aggravation Cybersurf caused me (and still cause me).

But you may have no choice as Bell is threatening to disconnect them for 
you guessed it, not paying their bill.

What I find interesting is now they are trying to threaten any customer 
who left and their (incompetant) records indicate they are still with 
them. There are many stories of customers cancelling only to find out 
months later that Cybersurf does not have a record of their 
cancellation. This tells me that Cybersurf/CIA/3web/IGS are desperate.

As far as changing a static IP is concerned I just use something like 
everydns.net for my DNS.
