resurrection:php hebrew documentation

shalom.
this massage is send to the hebrew list, all the translators are cc'ing.

for the last months the translation project gone dead coz due some technical problems + lack of rtl support on the web. right now, the problems was bypassed.
jade is just build things well and the output documents are well rtl formated (some improvements are needed but at least there is no problem reading the html), i hope that on the next days those changes 'll go online(http://www.php.net/manual/he/...)


so what we need now here is:
1. u all came back to document things, and sync changes on documents u already wrote.
2. send to the list some full motivated ppl to join the work
3. someone of u that wants, and have enough tim,e to correlate again the things (shlomi, r u alive?)
