Hi,

does the crash also happen with the latest 5.4 version? Anyway, please
note that Apache 2.4 is not yet officially supported, the latest supported
is 2.3 . Apache longue builds it on its own (looks like that). Please try
the latest apache 2.3 with the latest 5.4 .

Crashes on the CLI server are most likely not significant, as the built-in
server is more like for dev/test purposes. Such a big app like Magento can
easily overload it, so a crash were expected. Nevertheless, if it crashes
for you on the latest 5.4.* version - there might be a bug, please file a
ticket then.
