Re: pl1.php.net Disabled

I stopped using europe.rsync.php.net months ago.
Pretty much every time I dug in to why my mirror was disabled due to stale
content, everything was in sync with the european rsync host.
I don't think I have been disabled once since reverting back to
rsync.php.net.
