What a great idea!  I usually just stand up at the beginning of our 
meetups and give some general announcements and plug the sponsor for the 
meetup, but frankly not very organized.  I love the idea of creating a 
small deck for the announcements, etc.  It seems so easy and is a "no 
brainer".  Wish I had thought of it, but glad you shared.
