I think most of what has been shared here is really helpful advice. I sat in on a hangout last Friday that talked about a lot of these problems that creep up in communities and several community managers talked about how they had handled the difficult ones. I found it pretty helpful, and I appreciated having the chance to consider some of these possibilities without being embroiled in them.
