Project Scope:	

The Client’s Outage Management Tool allows end users to enter problem
information.  Typically, the Tool allows only generic information to be
populated.  However, the optimized Tool enables the support group to define
and customize their own data fields and create input forms.  Essentially,
the Tool's function is maximized and the support group can capture specific
problem information.  


Required skills:
Skills Required:

Perl/CGI, 2 + years
UNIX/Linux Scripting, 2 + years
MS SQL Server, 2+ years
Sybase, 2 + years


Desired skills:
Crystal Reports, preferred but not required
Actuate, preferred by not required
