Description:
Software Engineer requires the following:
·Develop algorithms and software using a variety of environments and tools
including C++, Perl, SQL and PHP on UNIX/Linux platforms 
·Design, build, and implement distributed applications. 
·Deliver scalable, robust, highly available applications and services. 
·Provide support for applications. 
·Maintain overall application functionality and compliance with specs. 
·Work closely with management and other technology teams to create new
features. 
·Maintain application code and technical documentation.


Required skills:
·The ideal candidates would possess strong Perl skills in a Linux
environment in addition to having strong Perl and C++ and Oracle/SQL
skills.  
·Applicants must have the ability to properly prioritize and work multiple
tasks while possessing the ability and desire to work within a small group
of individual contributors. 
Candidates must possess excellent technical abilities, as well as excellent
oral and written communication skills. They must possess the ability to
quickly learn new applications/technologies and be able to understand how
they work with a minimum of training and documentation


Desired skills: PHP or Java is a plus.
