Maybe you should temporary whitelist the tests to make them pass so nullmai=
ler can reach testing because of the gnutls issue.

Well DNS shouldn't be an issue as it uses only localhost which should be so=
lveable form /etc/hosts. You may also just make the tests use 127.0.0.1 and=
 see if this changes the result? Maybe you should as on debian-devel or deb=
ian-mentors about this problem
